The Challenge
Elementalz was entering one of the most crowded and skeptical categories online. Shoppers are cautious, most competitors look interchangeable, and trust is earned or lost in seconds.
The brand was starting from zero. There was no logo, no visual identity, no packaging, no store, and no search presence. They needed everything to feel like it came from one established company, from the first glance at a product to the moment of checkout, and they needed to be findable by people who were already searching for answers.
Our Approach
We treated the brand, the package, the website, and search visibility as one system instead of four separate deliverables. A customer might meet Elementalz on a screen first, in their hand first, or inside an AI answer first, and either way it needed to feel identical.
That meant building the foundation before anything else: positioning, name treatment, logo, color palette, typography, and a flavor and product line structure that could scale as new lines launch.
What We Delivered
Brand identity. A full identity system including logo, color palette, typography, and usage guidelines, built to hold up across packaging, web, and social.
Labels and packaging. Product labels and packaging for every line, designed so each flavor is instantly recognizable on a shelf, in a photo, or in a mailer, and so the lines (VIBE, BLISS and the ones still to come) feel related but distinct.
Full Figma design system. Every page, component, and state designed in Figma, organized so the brand can keep adding products and pages without design drift.
A custom Framer store. The entire site built in Framer, including:
A homepage that leads with proof: lab verified, made in the USA, a certificate of analysis for every batch
"Find Your Mental" product discovery, where shoppers pick a line by feel rather than decode a catalog
Flavor-first product cards with clear pricing and quick add to bag
A bundle ladder built to lift average order value
A reviews section and trust strip that keep social proof visible throughout
SEO foundation. Clean site structure, dedicated pages for shop, bundles, and each product, optimized titles and meta descriptions, fast load times, and image handling built for performance, so search engines can crawl and understand the store from day one.
AEO, built for answer engines. A structured FAQ written to answer the questions people actually ask, including what kratom is, what kanna is, how they differ, and how long they take to work. Content is written in clear, direct answers that search features and AI assistants can pull from and cite, which puts Elementalz in front of buyers before they ever reach a results page.
Why It Worked
Most brands in this category look like they were assembled from parts. Elementalz looks like one decision, made once, and applied everywhere. The same color, type, and tone show up on the label, the pack, the product page, and the checkout, and the content behind it is built to answer questions the way search and AI now deliver them. That consistency is what makes a new brand feel established from day one.
